2022 Appointment Scheduling
Dear Tax Authority clients,
As scheduling is soon to begin, I wanted to send out this little reminder so you don’t struggle.
Here is a quick refresher on how to make your appointment AND someone else’s appointment so each appointment has the proper name on it.
First, follow the schedule in the Newsletter for the appropriate days each calendar is open
- Dec. 6th – Dec. 9th for Business/Trust
- Dec. 13th – Dec. 16th for Individuals with Ellen
- Jan. 3rd – Jan. 4th for Individuals with Shari
When it is your day to schedule, click the big blue button on our website www.thetaxauthority.com called Appointments
Click the Book Now button and then click the Find Open Time Slots button, this will display all available appointments
Choose your day/time and click on Book It, fill in the required information, click Finalize Appointment
If you get the green box saying Your appointment has been confirmed! You are all set
If you do not get the confirmation box then you need to start again at the Find Open Time Slots button and continue until you get the green confirmation box
Once your appointment is confirmed IF you need to make a second appointment for someone else, you will see on the following on the top bar
- Home | Appointments | Log Out
Click on the Log Out button and then start the second appointment by clicking on the Find Open Time Slots button and continue from there the same as you did previously until you get the green confirmation box
